GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES
THEME: History of Oliver
ie: Cantelope, Tobacco, Zucca Melon, Fruits Vegetables, Mining, Ranching, Indigenous People

  1. All artwork and photography should be based on the theme.
  2. All exhibits to be made or grown by the exhibitor
  3. One entry only per exhibitor in any category.
    note: only one exhitor’s name per exhibitor tag
  4. There is a charge of 75 cents per entry for adults (max. $3)
    and 25 cents for children (max $1)
  5. Exhibitors tags can be picked up at the Oliver Parks and
    Recreation Office the week prior to the festival during the
    hours of 9 am and 4 pm.
  6. All exhibits to be brought to the Community Hall between
    2pm and 6pm on Friday, August 18
  7. Exhibitors are responsible for filling out their own tags and
    attaching them to their exhibit.
  8. Exhibits will be placed in the main hall by the Fair Committee.
  9. Paper plates will be provided by the Fair for the display of
    fruits, vegetables and baking.
  10. Baking must be enclosed in a new clear plastic bag.
  11. The Fair Committee will keep exhibits as safe as possible, but
    will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
  12. Prizes will be awarded by the Judge’s decision and is final.
